At The Heel Shoe Fitters, we want to ensure your perfect fit and complete satisfaction with every step you take. If your footwear isn't quite right, we offer a 30-day return policy for all unworn items in their original packaging.

Return Process

• 1.
  Initiate Your Return

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original box and secure them inside a shipping mailer to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Hand your package to the designated courier and keep your tracking receipt; we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days of arrival.
